Well, I wouldn't go through all the trouble to make the docks cause I find them hideous nowadays, as my personal taste in iOS customizations evolved in a different path and moved me away from that style. I assume almost everyone out there did the same, as I never seen anyone using these in the past year.
And the walls, well, most of them are from other people (as mentioned/linked in the description field) and one could easily make i4 versions of them just by grabbing the originals.
Though, I am glad to hear your interest/compliment.
I`m first time instaling a wall and dock on iphone soo.. could u please tell me how to install the dock? ive replaced the wall and dock in my Dulce theme ,but only the wallpaper works.

I suggest you do some reading abut theming here: [link] and if you wan't to learn a bit more about your device go ahead and read all the materials on that website.
I`ve founded an easyer way.

Replaceing the SBDockBG.png and SBDockBG2.png with the docks from your pack + Respring AND IT WORKS GIST PERFECT.
